February 9-11: WinterFest Arts
WinterFest Arts features the art happenings of the city-wide WinterFest celebration. Highlights include a pop-up shop in the COOL Bus with F.O.B.'s Clothing and a Museum & Gallery Walk, Thursday Feb. 9, 6-9pm. For a full schedule of WinterFest events, click here.

March 30-31: Dickens in Lowell Opening Weekend
Two days of community events, family programs, film screenings and more! Dickens in Lowell exhibit opening reception, Friday March 30, 5-7pm Boott Museum followed by film screening at 119 Gallery. Saturdy the 31st offers fun for the entire family with a production from Theater KAPOW, film screenings, a puppet show, and more! For a full schedule of events, click here

June 9:  In the Acre 
A family-friendly neighborhood festival at the North Commom amphitheater featuring live art demos with Western Ave studio artists, a food market featuring Acre groceries and restaurants, musicians, performances and more!   

September 22:  Riverfest  
A celebration of Lowell's rivers and canalways with art activities, ethnic food vendors, live local musicians, performers and more.

October:  Kerouac Literary Festival
Celebrate Lowell's own Jack Kerouac with a weekend of readings, lectures, and tours.

October 25:  Monster Bash & Halloween Stroll
Downtown family-friendly trick-or-treat event with a haunted house, costume contests, games, and more. In partnership with Greater Lowell Kiwanis Club.

November 24:  City of Lights Parade & Holiday Arts Stroll
This signature event features performers, kids' activities, a hot chocolate competition, and a beautiful nighttime parade.
