The KhmerPost USA is the only Cambodian newspaper that has the highest circulation and is most read in the Cambodian communities in the East Coast of United States. It provides important national and international news with practical local information concerning health, education, politics, businesses and community involvement. KhmerPost was founded in 2007 by Cambodian journalist Roger Samkhon Pin, the former President of Cambodian Journalist Association of Cambodia (1994-1997), the Director of Radio Free Asia, Cambodian Services in Washington D.C (1998-2003), and the founder and broadcaster of Cambodian-American news through five Radio Stations around the U.S (2004-2008).

Lowell Telecommunications Corporation serves the interests and needs of the City's diverse and vibrant community by providing equipment and training for residents to create and share media in a no-cost, free speech environment.


Lowell Film Collaborative

Founded by Lowell residents and cinephiles Suzzanne and Brett Cromwell, the Lowell Film Collaborative (LFC) is a grassroots initiative dedicated to "bringing the magic of film to the Mill City." As it works toward enhancing Lowell's creative community by celebrating motion pictures, the LFC hosts film and video screenings, discussions and film festivals; cross-promotes local and regional cinematic artists, festivals and events; and develops partnerships with local businesses and organizations who also share the LFC's passion for film and the community.
