
Lowell chefs, restaurant owners, cooks, and food lovers – submit your favorite recipes to LOWELL COOKS! Appetizers, desserts, main courses or side dishes – we're looking for whatever gets your tastebuds tingling! Deadline for submissions has been EXTENDED to Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
Due for release in Spring 2012, LOWELL COOKS! will showcase recipes from Lowell’s diverse cultures, communities, neighborhoods and history, as well as many of its fine restaurants. We invite you to share your culinary history and passion with the community by submitting your favorite recipe as well as any personal story attached to your dish: What's the origin of your recipe? When do you serve it? What memories are tied to your recipe or its preparation? If your recipe is accepted, you will get full recognition in the publication and will receive a copy of LOWELL COOKS! to share with friends and family. Signature dishes submitted from Lowell restaurants will be credited to the location and highlighted with the restaurant’s logo. All accepted contributors will be our guests of honor at our special book release party held in April 2012!
