Opened and dedicated on January 27th, 1998, the Tsongas Center proudly bears the name of the late Senator Paul E. Tsongas, a Lowell native. They are one of Massachusetts newest venues providing quality entertainment for all ages. The arena is home to the NCAA Division I UMass-Lowell River Hawks hockey team.
